“We just re plastered our 18 yr old pool and needed to start up the chemical process. We called Swim Chem and they told us to let them know when the pool was full and they had Rodney the supervisor come out. He came on a Friday and explained in detail what chemicals he was using and what they did for the pool. He also said he would be out again Mon and Wed the next week to check the pool chemistry. After the pool was set we began our weekly service. Each time they come if I have questions or concerns they always have the time to answer me. If I have to call the office for questions they are always friendly and helpful. We have other neighbors who also use this company. Thank You for good service”
